living in the limelight Haiku Monday!
Holy Besmokes!
Its been a super dooper long time without Bobby scooper! or Trusty! LOSTL!
Wowsers everyone, im so sorry that i havent had a chance to write as ive been super busy with Mum! Yes, a few weeks ago, unlucky mum went for a walk to the mailbox to get the mail while i was up in my room studying my Acting books. All i heard was a “YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! *THUMP*” which startled me as it sounded like a cow was hit by a truck!
I ran outside to find my mum, howling into the sky as a crowd of our neighbours gathered around. Her leg was going one way and her body the other. Looking at her leg, a little bit of bone was showing and blood was starting to come out!
I fainted.
Its not my finest or most brave hour, but blood just makes me woozy and light headed. I woke up to the ambulance man and a police man tending to mum, while another police man was holding back Tommy Belfonte as he tried to get pictures to put on the interwebs with his phone.
Mum was screaming and hollering at the top of her lungs and the ambulance man was trying to put a needle in her arm.
And i fainted again. Needles make me woozy as well!
I woke up in a bed next to Mum in the hospital and her leg was in a cast. Oh Boy, was i out like a light! The doctor came in and introduced himself as Doctor John Cocktoastin and what a manly man he was with such a beautiful name. He says that its Scotch Romanian, but mum thought that that was a strange combination.
He said that mum needed to be on crutches for at least 4 weeks, 6 at best and that they would check her out to see if they needed to do anything else. So, it was up to Bobby T to help out Mum and to make sure that she could go to the toilet and bathe herself and make sure that she didnt get her cast wet! LOSTL!
Im just preparing for the future when i get married as Mum will probably end up living with me! HOORAYS!
A Haiku For You,
Something for everyone, yes,
To Give you a smile!
My Mums Broken Leg,
Gives me lots of time to care,
For my beloved!
I will be back on track soon as mum is calling me to make her some dinner!
Bob

Dr. Cocktoastin sounds like he’s a little on the burnt side, damaged from his many a scotch drinking days in Romania. Maybe he and your mum will get together and make happy toast together.
