Holy Mobius! WHAT A SMASHING WEEKEND LAST WEEK!
I got back last Monday night and Mum wasnt happy that she needed to pick me up from the airport at such a late hour (7pm) but she was so happy to see me arrive from my smashing weekend, that it didnt stop her from giving me a huge hug and sloppy kiss on the cheek! Nothing beats coming home from, well, anywhere!
Thats why i havent been on this week, because i got grounded with no internets for the week! SORRY MUM! I must remember that chores come first!
To explain why i was at the airport last monday night is to go back to friday night the week before on my date with Jessica, one of I-Zax friends.
I planned to meet Jessica at the KFC’s in the city as thats my most favourite restaurant to ever go to if i want to smooth-move the ladies!
Jessica was a very pretty lady with green and black dyed hair, tied into a ponytail and pretty blue eyes! So outrageous! When she saw me, she came in and gave me a huuuuuuge hug and a kiss on the cheek as she introduced herself to me. I was beet red! She was dressed up in boots, black and purple leggings and a tartan skirt. Her jacket was all white and furry! She assured me that it was fake fur! LOSTL!
She said that she was a vegetarian and couldnt eat the culinary wonders of the KFC, so me being willing to try new and exotic delights was happy to try a restaurant at her request!
We went to a very bohemian suburb called Fitzroy to have a veggible food. Such smells! Curries and grass and mung beans, oh my!
Jessica and i started talking after we ordered and she was telling me about her family and how they were strict and whatnot so she decided to rebel against them as she likes spontaneous people and doing random things for the fun of doing them! She was so exciting!
She told me that she went hang gliding at midnight with friends after having a couple of cocktails, she went swimming naked at the beach for no reason at all and on the spur of a moment, went for a drive to another city to say hello to her friend! 8 HOURS AWAY!
I was hanging onto every word that she said as we were munching away on our tofu and fetta salad when she asked me if i had done anything spontaneous lately.
My only reply was “well, i certainly did use the public transport system! It was so exciting!”
“hah! Oh bobby, thats so funny. But seriously, have you never done anything super fun and out of this world in your life?”
“well, im trying to regularly date now, so thats always super fun and out of this world.”
“hahah! Well, lets do something exciting! Do you trust me?”
“Of course i do! You’re great!”
“Do you have ID and some money?”
“I never go unprepared” i said cheerfully.
“Lets go!”
Off i went and paid for our dinner as she collected her stuff. We hailed a taxi down and she told me to get in and block my ears, she wanted it to be a surprise. I dutifully followed along as she told the taximan where we were going. I was so excited that i thought i might pee a little!
“Where are we going?!” I kept asking her. She just smiled and said that i had to wait and see, the anticipation was killing me!
Finally we went onto the freeway and i couldnt see out the windows because of the fog, but i knew we were heading out of the city to somewhere else.
“ive never been out this way before! So excitement!” i told her.
Jessica just had a really happy grin on her face.
Then we arrived at this HUUUUUUUUGE building. Thats when i saw them. .. AEROPLANES! I WAS AT THE AIRPORT!
“WOWSERS!”
“Come on Bob, i have a friends credit card, where in Australia do you want to go?”
“I havent packed! Ive gotta call my Mum!” i blurted out. It was all so much!
Jessica smiled at me, grabbed my ID and ran off to the ticketing booth. She told me that it was a mystery flight as to where we were going and that i should go with the flow and enjoy it. A free flight to anywhere around this wonderful country? I SURE WILL ENJOY IT!
Soon we were rushing down to security as Jessica pressed all the buttons on the ticket machine for me and off we went! I got to the magnetotron used for getting weapons and it kept going off! I had to get waved by the wand, only to find out that it was my braces setting it off! LOSTL!
We rushed to the gate, and thats where i saw my destination : Sydney! HOLY WOWSERS! Im going to where Rose is! WITH ANOTHER WOMAN! I sure hope i dont run into her.
I was so excited as it was the first time i went on a plane! I wish i had a camera so i could take pictures for you all but it was all so fast. The flight attendants were so friendly and i had all the water i could drink! FOR FREE!
So luxurious!
We arrived in Sydney and Jessica got a taxi for me and off we went to a hotel in the city.
Such sights! Such smells! Such tasty foods!
We spent the entire weekend using Jessicas friends Credit Card, what a lovely fellow to allow her to use it!
I saw wonderful sights like a giant tower and a really lovely bridge and a funny looking white building that looked like sails! Jessica said it was an Opera House
This is a picture that i made Rick put up because i didnt have a camera with me:

And thats the bridge in the background that i saw!
It was such a shame when we had to leave as its such a pretty city, but i love my melbourne. Its so wonderful!
The flight home was tiring because it was in the afternoon and I needed to call mum again (I did call her, Mr Mills when i got into the airport terminal on the way TO Sydney!) to pick me up.
Mum told me off for going off on a jaunty trip with a girl i hardly know, which i deserve, but i told her and assured her that Jessica was fine and that we stayed in different rooms as I requested, which brought down my punishment to only a week without the interweb! I love my mum, shes so understanding!
Anyway, i got my internets back today and found out that Jessicas friend wasnt so understanding and that shes having some trouble with the law! Oh dears, i hope it wasnt to do with that credit card! LOSTL! I-Zax said that it was bound to happen.
It was a good week off as i got to finish off painting the side of the house as well as the last parts of servicing the neighborhood ladies.
I did have some time to reflect on the situation this week and the teaching of his holiness, the Dalai Lama, come to mind:
“Life must be characterized by a sense of universal responsibility, not only nation to nation and human to human, but also human to other forms of life”
The responsibility was that i should be here helping my Mum, but it was just so much fun to go on a wonderful trip! Now that its out of my system and i’ve made it up to my mum, i should be back on track.
I hope your week has been wonderful too!
Bob
